Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds

Each artwork sold by Deb Chorlton Art is an original piece of artwork, created and finished by hand. Please review the artwork photographs, dimensions, description and framing details carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or decided the artwork is not suitable for your space.

Artwork damaged in transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at debchorltonart@gmail.com, with photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Faulty or incorrectly described artwork

If an artwork has a fault, is significantly damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping damage

Please retain the original packaging and any photographs of the packaging if an artwork arrives damaged, as these may be required when assessing a shipping claim.

International orders

International shipping is available by arrangement. Please contact us before purchasing so that shipping costs and arrangements can be confirmed.
