Shipping Policy Australia Free shipping is available Australia-wide on all original artworks purchased through Deb Chorlton Art. Orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit and are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery within Australia is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions. International Orders International shipping is available by arrangement. Because original artworks vary in size, weight and framing, international shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact us before purchasing if you require international delivery so that we can confirm the available shipping method and cost for your destination. Shipping Damage All artworks are carefully packaged before dispatch. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage. Please retain the original packaging and photographs until the matter has been resolved, as these may be required when making a shipping claim.
