This website is operated by Deb Chorlton Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Deb Chorlton Art.

By visiting this website or purchasing an artwork from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other store policies.

Artwork

All artworks offered for sale are original artworks created by Deb Chorlton.

As each artwork is individually created, minor variations in texture, colour and surface may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Artwork dimensions, materials, framing details and other relevant information are provided on the individual product listing.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.

Payment must be received before an artwork is dispatched.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the artwork described in your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded.

Shipping

Australian orders are shipped free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our control.

International shipping is available by arrangement. Please contact us before purchasing so that shipping costs and delivery arrangements can be confirmed.

Damage in transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or an artwork no longer being suitable for your space.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, written content, designs and other material on this website are owned by or licensed to Deb Chorlton Art unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use artwork or website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork.

Website information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
